International Customers:

We do ship internationally to ALL COUNTRIES using the United States Postal Service and Fed Ex. Our methods for international customers include, Fed Ex International, Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, and First Class Mail. Please be aware that in many cases packages get held up in customs and we have no way of tracking them once intercepted by customs.

• If your order is relatively large, please avoid Flat Rate Box Options and choose First Class International Mail, Priority International Mail or Fed Ex International. Large orders most likely will not fit in a Flat Rate Box and adjustments will need to me made.
  
• If there is an error with the shipping calculator, we will contact you via email and let you know the difference in shipping

Free International Shipping- We offer FREE Priorty Mail shipping on orders that total $999.00 or more (before tax). Upon checkout you will see "Free Delivery," please select that method if you wish to take advantage of FREE shipping! NOTE: The total weight of the shipment must be less than 30lbs for this offer to be valid. This offer excludes paint and gearbags.

When will my order ship? Provided all items are in stock, orders usually ship within 24-48 business hours. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you promptly.

Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match? For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, then the shipping address must also be listed with your credit card company or bank as an alternate address. You can do this by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. Adding the alternate address with your credit card company will allow us to ship to both addresses on future orders.

How Much is Shipping?

After you place your items in your shopping cart, all you need to do is enter your country, state/providence, and postal code in the shipping estimator on the shopping cart page to receive shipping quotes.

Tracking Information: Tracking information is updated at the end of each business day. You will receive an email notifying you your package has shipped along with the tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number, please call with your order number and we can assist you (412) 407-4920.

*The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the items as well as the method selected. Paintball Delivery reserves the right to charge additional shipping if the shipping charges do not calculate properly. We will notify you prior to billing you about the new shipping charges*
